The Strings Aflame are "third-degree instrumental burns" from the State of Mexico, Mexico.
The name was taken as a tribute to an album by Juan Garcia Esquivel, Mexican composer, and musician and a big influence for the project, as well as the sounds of the '50s and '60s, mainly surf music.

The Strings Aflame son "quemaduras instrumentales de tercer grado" del Estado de México, México.
El nombre fue tomado como homenaje a un álbum de Juan García Esquivel, compositor y músico mexicano, y una gran influencia para el proyecto, así como los sonidos de los años 50 y 60, principalmente surf music.
